Overview

This website is operated under the name Vezi from the United States. It is a pre-launch, informational site for software in development. This notice explains the limited information handled when you visit or contact us.

Information handled

We do not use cookies or browser storage, create visitor identifiers, collect information through forms, or use third-party analytics or advertising technology.

Amazon Web Services necessarily processes network information, including an IP address and request headers, to deliver and protect the site. Vezi does not enable CloudFront or API Gateway access logs for this website.

When optional first-party telemetry is enabled, it may record whether the homepage, privacy page, or a not-found page was requested, along with the software release, page-performance measurements, coarse client-error categories, and Content Security Policy violations. Telemetry records do not contain raw error messages, referring sites, IP addresses, user agents, or visitor identifiers.

If you email privacy@vezi.app, we receive your email address, message, attachments, and technical mail headers. Google Workspace processes that correspondence so it can be delivered, stored, and answered.

How information is used

Technical information is used only to operate and secure the website, understand page reliability, and diagnose broad failures. It is not used for advertising, behavioral profiling, or automated decisions about visitors.

Information in privacy correspondence is used to respond and maintain an appropriate record of the request.

Service providers

Amazon Web Services provides hosting, content delivery, and the optional telemetry infrastructure. Application telemetry is stored in the United States. AWS may process requests through its global content-delivery network and acts as a service provider for this infrastructure.

Google Workspace provides email delivery and storage for correspondence sent to or from privacy@vezi.app. Google processes that correspondence on Vezi’s behalf to provide those services.

Retention

Optional application telemetry expires after 90 days. Aggregated operational logs and query results expire after 30 days. We do not retain application access logs containing visitor IP addresses or user agents.

Privacy correspondence is retained until the request is resolved and afterward only as long as reasonably necessary to document the response or comply with legal obligations.

Your choices

The site does not track activity across other websites. When a browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, optional telemetry is disabled. There are no cookies or stored preferences to manage.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights concerning personal information. The telemetry described above is not connected to a visitor identity, so Vezi generally cannot associate an individual request with a stored telemetry record.

Children

This website is intended for tax professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this site.

Changes

If this site begins collecting different information or using it for a different purpose, this notice will be updated before that change takes effect. The effective date above will also be revised.
